This was a long journey but I can finally show the fruits of labor. As you can see from one of the images when I took the pan out of the oven you see the flaky crust. I then loosened the crust on the sides of the pan and flipped the pizza. What came out was an extremely deep dish pizza with a mound of toppings. Caramelized edges and sliced up for a hearty meal.
